Haute (leftover) cuisine
Having a few days at home for myself and some leftover holiday food, I ventured a post-holiday breakfast:
Poached eggs topped with caviar
decorated with spicy eggplant puree
with pan-fried sweet potato wedges on the side.
Came out quite nicely, don't you think?
